Hira Kiani
I’m a recent graduate from York/Sheridan’s Design program, specializing in print, branding, and illustration. Currently i’m working with an environmental organization, and doing freelance on the side which includes logo and print design.
While I enjoy the aesthetics of design, I also similarly like to focus on the social justice aspect of it. I find solid research to be integral to any good design, and delve into it extensively before taking on a new task, no matter the medium.
I’m a self-motivated individual with a variety of interests that don’t only stop at design—i’ve taken courses in cake decorating and sewing, and manage my mother’s cake business, my own henna business, as well as my upcoming business for my illustrative work and sewn creations. I’ll be opening a shop soon!
